You can visit the workshop at 19 Ratchadamnoen Road during opening hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00. If you prefer, send us a message and we can arrange a suitable drop-off time. In-city collection is available by prior arrangement for full overhauls.

A Quartz Care & Refresh is typically ready within two to three working days. Dial and hands work usually takes five to seven days depending on the piece and approach agreed. A Long-Service Overhaul generally runs two to four weeks — we'll give you a more specific estimate once we've had a look.

We work on most quartz and mechanical watches — Japanese, Swiss, and others. If you have a very specialised piece, get in touch first and we'll let you know honestly whether we're the right place for it.

If an inspection reveals something beyond the agreed scope, we stop and contact you. We describe what we've found, what we'd suggest, and what it would cost. Nothing proceeds without your confirmation.

The listed prices cover the described scope of each service. If during the work we encounter additional needs, we'll always call before proceeding. The listed price is what you pay if no extras arise.

We're typically closed on national public holidays. If you're planning a visit around a holiday, it's worth sending a message first to confirm we're open that day.
