Our approach, from the first look to the handover.
Every piece begins with an assessment. We look at the watch under proper magnification, note what we find, and confirm the scope of work with you before starting. If the assessment turns up something the stated service doesn't cover, we call you.
Work is completed to a set standard, tested where relevant, and documented. The service record — scope, findings, parts used, test results — is printed and given to you at collection. It belongs to you, not to us.

Service 01
Quartz Care & Refresh
A neat service for quartz watches — cell renewal, contact cleaning, and a gasket check, with a simple water-resistance check. Ideal for the dependable everyday piece that just needs a little attention. We record the work so the next service is easy to schedule.
- Fresh battery, contacts cleaned

Service 02
Dial & Hands Refresh
Careful cleaning and, where suitable, conservative refinishing of dials and hands to restore legibility while keeping the watch's character. A thoughtful option for an older piece that has dimmed with time. We always discuss the approach with you before any work begins.

Service 03
Long-Service Overhaul & Record
A full overhaul for watches that have run many years without attention, paired with a detailed written service record for your files. Suited to a longtime companion you intend to keep for years more. Includes regulation, seal renewal where fitted, and a photographic before-and-after.
